
FAQ's
Q. How is embroidery charged?
A. Embroidery is charged by stitch count mostly, but sometimes if it is a difficult piece we may charge a little extra. You will always receive a quote beforehand.
Q. Are there setup fees?
A. Only outsourced* digitising if that is required. Otherwise, the price you are quoted is per piece.
Q. What is your turn around time?
A. We like to give 7 working days turn around. More-often, work is completed before this, but a period of 7 days is a safe buffer.
Q. What do you need from me?
A. Your highest resolution (approx. 300dpi) image of your design or logo. Your website thumbnail WILL NOT DO. If you have only an idea of what you want a mud-map will do and we can work together on it.

Q. Is digitising complementary?
A. *Most of the time - yes! However, if it's quite detailed and timely, or if the client is in a hurry I may need to outsource. This will incur a $15 fee, but that hardly happens and you will be advised accordingly.
Q. How many colour options can I choose from?
A. 340 colours. My software will automatically pick up the closest colour match to your logo or design, but these can be changed at any time.
Q. What can be embroidered?
A. Pretty much anything a needle can penetrate, and a hoop can get inside.​

Q. Do you embroider on pockets?
A. Yes, but that requires the pocket to be removed and restitched on. This incurs an additional fee. Most people are happy to have the embroidery above the pocket.
Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. No, but if you’re requiring supplied apparel the vendor will often require a minimum buy.
Q. What if I supply my own apparel?
A. Yes completely fine. Please make sure it is clean. If getting DTF your apparel will need to be new and unwashed.
Q. Do you keep my design on file?
A. Yes absolutely. Everything is recorded on the computer, including the design, size and colours. If they haven’t been used again within 3 years, they will be archived.
Q. What are payment options?
A. Cash, Eftpos, bank transfer and afterpay.
Q. Drop off/ pick up options?
A. Drop off is 24/7 (parcel locker in the fence for after hours). Pick up can also be after hours, I can leave out for pickup once your job has been paid for.
